GPV for Bel Portugal is a work app for the Bel Portugal field teams: it records visits to points of sale, attendance and the condition of products in store. It works without a network connection. Access is only possible with an account assigned by Bel.
Can't sign in yet?
There is no sign-up inside the app. Accounts are created by Bel and handed to each employee. If you downloaded the app and have no credentials, talk to your manager at Bel — they are the one who requests your access.
Forgot your password
Use the Recover password option on the sign-in screen. If the recovery email does not arrive, write to support with the email address of your account.
Need help with the app
Write to [email protected]. A person answers, on working days. So the problem can be solved on the first attempt, please include:
- your name and the email of your account;
- the phone you are using (Android or iPhone) and, if you know it, the app version;
- what you were doing and what happened, with the error message if there is one;
- the store and the date, when the problem is in a report or a visit.
Working offline
The app works without an internet connection. Reports and photos are kept on the phone and sent automatically as soon as there is a connection. If something stays pending for a long time, contact support before uninstalling the app — uninstalling deletes whatever has not been uploaded yet.
Personal data and privacy
How the app handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Requests to access, correct or delete personal data are handled by Bel, as the data controller, at [email protected].
Lost your phone
Tell your manager and support straight away, so that your access can be deactivated.
